Privacy and Policy

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to describe the methods used to manage this website concerning the use of cookies and processing personal data of users/visitors visiting the site.
It refers to an information statement drawn up pursuant to articles 13 and 122 of the Italian Code regarding the protection of personal data (Italian Legislative Decree 196/03 , the so-called Privacy Code) and General Provision of the Guarantor of 8 May 2014 regarding cookies, to those who connect to the website of Azienda Agricola Mulinello Srl

The information statement is only provided for the site mentioned above (hereinafter referred to as “Site” or “this Site”) and any related subdomains, but not including other websites that may be consulted by the user through special links.

The above-mentioned site is the property of and managed by Azienda Agricola Mulinello Srl

Azienda Agricola Mulinello Srl guarantees compliance with the legislation regarding the protection of personal data. Users/visitors are kindly asked to read this Privacy Policy carefully before sending any kind of personal information and/or filling in any electronic form available on the site.

Type of data processed and purpose of processing

Browsing data

During normal operation, the IT systems and software procedures used to operate this Site acquire certain personal data which are implicitly transmitted in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This refers to information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties but which, by its nature could, by using and processing data held by third parties, allow users/visitors to be identified (e.g. IP address, computer domain names used by users who connect to the site, the code indicating the response status of the server, type of browser, etc.).

These data are only used for statistical information (they are thereby anonymous) and to check correct operation of the Site. The data on web contacts are, however, not kept for more than 12 months, except for any investigations of computer crimes against the site. No data deriving from the web service shall be disclosed to third parties.

General information regarding cookies

Cookies are small text files that websites visited by users send to their terminals (usually to the browser), where they are stored and then retransmitted to said sites on each subsequent visit through the same terminal. In addition, each site can allow transmission of the so-called “third party” cookies, meaning those generated by websites other than the one the user is visiting (through objects present in it, such as banners, images, maps, sounds, specific links to web pages of other domains).

Depending on their duration, they are divided into session cookies (meaning temporary ones and automatically deleted from the terminal at the end of the browsing session when closing the browser) and persistent

cookies (meaning those that remain stored on the terminal until their expiration or cancellation by the user).

Cookies have different purposes. They are primarily used for the transmission of communication or to provide the service requested by the user; more precisely, they allow you to enable and optimise the functioning of the website, perform computer authentication and prevent abuse, monitor sessions, improve the browsing experience of users, for example by keeping the connection to reserved areas active while browsing through the pages of the site without needing to re-enter the User-ID and password and storing specific information regarding the users themselves (including preferences, the type of browser and computer used).

The above cookies are called “technical” (they can be used without the user’s consent), as without them some of the aforementioned operations may not be performed or would be more complex and/or less secure.

Otherwise, if the cookies are used for other purposes, typically to analyse the behaviour and send personalised promotional-advertising messages (so-called “profiling” cookies) or even just to obtain aggregate information through third-party services on the number of users and how they visit the site (so-called “analytics cookies”), the user’s consent is required. In fact, before sending these cookies on the terminal, pursuant to current legislation (Privacy code and general provision of the Guarantor of 8 May 2014), when you access the home page or other pages of the site, a banner is immediately shown in the foreground with initial summary information on the use of cookies and the collection of consent, which the user can provide by continuing to browse by selecting an element below the banner or by closing the banner itself.

In any case, the cookies can only be read or modified from the website that generated them; they cannot be used to retrieve any data from the user’s terminal and cannot transmit computer viruses. Certain functions of cookies can also be performed by other technologies; therefore, in the context of this web privacy policy, the term “cookies” refers to cookies and all similar technologies.

Use of cookies in this Site

This Site may use session cookies and persistent cookies. The types of cookies generated directly from this Site are:

“technical” cookies used to: a) carry out purchases of online services/products (management of the “shopping cart” by storing the selected products) and related payments; b) authentication and management of a browsing session (for example, to identify and validate the user for access to the Reserved Area); c) security purposes (e.g. to take into account the number of failed logins, identifying possible abuses in authentication and preventing fraud); d) customising the user interface (e.g. to record user preferences such as language, currency, page display format, connection area); d) better usability of the site and its audio-visual contents (e.g. by running flash player programs); e) correct operation of the connection (e.g. by appropriately addressing user’s requests between multiple servers.

“Third-party” cookies

This site also allows third-party cookies, with which Azienda Agricola Mulinello Srl collaborates, to be transmitted to the user’s terminal. In its capacity as technical intermediary, Azienda Agricola Mulinello Srl limits itself to sending these cookies but does not manage their operation (therefore, it does not have control and access to the information provided/acquired), since their operation is the responsibility of the third parties. It is possible to know how to configure browser settings (normally accessible from “Tools”) by going to the “Support” web pages of the suppliers of the aforementioned browsers (also identifiable via a common search engine).

Disabling cookies does not in itself preclude the use of the services of the Website. However, if all cookies are deleted/blocked, including technical ones, certain operations may not be performed or would be more complex and/or less secure, such as, for example, for the execution of activities within the Reserved Areas of the Site (cookies, in fact, enable and maintain user identification within the session).
